3. Pack the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
